How to Market an event ?

According to Promoting and Marketing an event :Theory and Practice "the small and presumably less profiled event may require greater relatives levels of promotion"

so found this mind map to give us some ideas of what  internet marketing and promotions we should do to make our event known as the internet can get the message out there fast . 



After looking at this mind map we have decided to make a Facebook page to get the message out there because there is feature to invite people and you can see is and isn't going. we going to use the Salford Shutter Logo as the profile pick so people know who we are.Also may consider doing Instagram a swell so we can get to more people coming.

We have called our event The Push to give the event impact and create interest and grab people's attention.
